🐾 While we can never truly replace a beloved puppy, we understand that bringing another four-legged companion into your home can help bring comfort during a difficult time.

❤️ In the rare case that your English Mastiff puppy passes away within the first year due to genetic causes or is diagnosed with a serious congenital or hereditary disorder, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value at no additional cost to you.

At Noble English Mastiff Puppies, we are dedicated to raising healthy, happy English Mastiff puppies. To ensure their well-being, every puppy comes with a 10-day health guarantee and is thoroughly vet-checked before they arrive at their new home.

Your Responsibilities After Receiving Your Puppy

📅 Vet Check Within 4 Days – Take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 4 days of arrival.
📞 Report Any Concerns – If a pre-existing health issue is identified within 10 days, notify us immediately.

✅ Each puppy is raised with care, screened for health concerns, and vaccinated appropriately before leaving us.
✅ While we take every precaution to ensure the health of our puppies, their well-being also depends on the proper care, nutrition, and regular vet visits once they are in your home.

Puppy Replacement Policy

💔 In Case of Loss – If your English Mastiff puppy passes away within one year due to a genetic condition or is diagnosed with a life-threatening hereditary disorder, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value at no cost to you.
🩺 Verification Required – A certified veterinary report must confirm the diagnosis.

How You Can Ensure Your Puppy’s Health

🏡 Keep Up with Vet Visits – Schedule routine checkups and follow all veterinary recommendations for your puppy’s health.
🦴 Deworming & Vaccinations – Continue the deworming and vaccination schedule as advised by your vet.
📜 Send Us Your Vet Report – Please send your puppy’s first vet report within 10 days of arrival to ensure their health is on track.

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

❌ Failure to provide regular veterinary care will void the health guarantee.
❌ Spaying/neutering costs or issues related to undescended testicles are not covered.

Health Screening Before Shipping

Before our English Mastiff puppies leave for their new homes, they undergo a comprehensive health check, including:
🩺 Heart, coat, eyes, teeth, joints, lungs, ears, and digestive health.

A health certificate is issued on the day of shipping to confirm that your puppy is in top condition. If any concerns arise, the puppy will not be shipped until all health requirements are met.
